HAVING A COLOUR SERVICE

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE AN UP-TO-DATE SKIN ALLERGY TEST.

AN ALLERGY TEST MUST BE CARRIED OUT A MINIMUM OF 48 HRS BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT

  • IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT TO OUR SALON
  • IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 6 MONTHS SINCE YOUR LAST COLOUR WITH IN OUR SALON.

WITHOUT A VALID SKIN TEST WE CANNOT CARRY OUT THE SERVICE

REMEMBER TO BOOK EITHER A CUT & FINISH OR POST COLOUR BLOW DRY

COLOUR PRICES MAY VARY IN COST DUE TO THICKNESS AND LENGTH OF HAIR

DEPOSIT AND CANCELATION POLICY

FOR ALL HAIR APPOINTMENTS A 25% DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE RESPECTFULLY ASK FOR A MINIMUM OF 48HRS NOTICE.

IF A CANCELLATION OR A NO SHOW HAPPENS WITHIN THE 48HRS, THIS WILL RESULT IN THE DEPOSIT BEING HELD AS A CANCELLATION FEE.

ALTERNATIVELY:

IF GIVEN MORE THAN THE 48HRS NOTICE WE CAN REARRANGE A NEW APPOINTMENT FOR YOU OR THE DEPOSIT CAN BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU.

WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT SITUATIONS CAN AND DO ARISE, HOWEVER IF THIS WAS TO HAPPEN WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.
